We are looking for a creative and technically sharp Cameraperson with a brilliant eye for framing, lighting, and visual storytelling. Whether it’s a fast-paced run-and-gun documentary shoot, a polished corporate brand video, or dynamic studio setups, you know how to capture footage that instantly hooks an audience.
You aren’t just someone who presses “record”—you understand how camera angles, movement, and lighting evoke emotion and drive a narrative forward.
What You’ll Do
Visual Execution: Act as the primary camera operator for a variety of projects, including corporate videos, interviews, events, and social-first content.
Lighting & Composition: Set up cinematic, multi-point lighting and handle audio capture (lavaliers, boom mics) for field and studio environments.
Collaborate on Set: Work closely with directors, producers, and creative leads to translate storyboards and scripts into high-quality visual realities.
Equipment Upkeep: Manage, maintain, and prep all camera gear, lenses, lighting grids, and audio equipment to ensure peak performance on shoot days.
Adapt to Formats: Effortlessly switch between shooting cinematic widescreen (16:9) and high-retention vertical video (9:16) optimized for digital platforms.
